Free Crochet Slippers Pattern

In case you're not into knitting slippers, here is the perfect crochet slippers pattern. It's fast, it's easy, and you can make them any size you want by simply changing the number of stitches.

Materials

• yarn
• crochet hook - size G


Sizes

7" sole - red numbers
8-3/4" sole - green numbers
9-1/2" sole - blue numbers


Instructions

Sole

Chain 15 (19, 23).

Round 1 - 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 8 (10, 12) chs, hdc in next ch, dc in next 3 (5, 7) chs, 5 dc in last ch for toe. Working along opposite side of starting ch, dc in next 3 (5, 7) chs, hdc in next ch, sc in next 8 (10, 12) chs, 2 sc in last st. Join with sl st to beginning sc.
Total = 33 (41, 49) stitches

Round 2 - Ch 1, sc in first st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 13 (17, 21) sts, 2 sc in next st, 3 sc in next st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 13 (17, 21) sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in last st. Join.
Total = 39 (47, 55) stitches

Round 3 - Ch 1, sc in first st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 16 (20, 24) sts, 2 sc in next st, 3 sc in next st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 16 (20, 24) sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in last st. Join.
Total = 45 (53, 61) stitches

Round 4 - Ch 1, 2 sc in first st, sc in next 18 (22, 26) sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next st, 2 sc in next st, 3 sc in next st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next 18 (22, 26) sts, 2 sc in last st. Join.
Total = 53 (61, 69) stitches

Fasten off.

Make a second sole.

Upper

Chain 29 (37, 45). Join with sl st in first ch to form a ring (make certain you don't twist the chain).

Row 1 (right side) - Ch 1, sc in first 113 (17, 21) ch, 2 dc in next ch, 3 dc in next ch, 2 dc in next ch, sc in next 13 (17, 21) ch. Join with sl st to first sc. Turn, ch 1.
Total = 33 (41, 49) stitches

Row 2 - 2 sc in first st, sc in each st to last st, 2 sc in last st. Join. Turn, ch 1.
Total = 35 (43, 51) stitches

Row 3 - Sc in first 16 (20, 24) sts, 2 dc in next st, 3 dc in next st, 2 dc in next st, sc in next 16 (20, 24) sts. Join. Turn, ch 1.
Total = 39 (47, 55)

Row 4 - Sc in each st around. Join. Turn, ch 1.
Total = 39 (47, 55) stitches

Row 5 - Sc in first 17 (21, 25) sts, [2 dc in next st] twice, 3 dc in next st, [2 dc in next st] twice, sc in next 17 (21, 25) sts. Join. Turn, ch 1.
Total = 45 (53, 61) stitches

Row 6 - Repeat Row 2. Turn, ch 1.

Make a second upper.

Join

With wrong sides together, and matching st for st, work 1 round of sc through both layers of upper and sole. Join. Fasten off.

Weave in ends.

Work 1 round of sc along the top opening of the upper. Fasten off. Weave in remaining ends.
