3/4 yard heavy fabric (outer boot)

3/4 yard lightweight faux fur (liner boot)

Patterns

Print, cut, and assemble patterns 1, 2a, 2b, 3, 4a, and 4b

NOTE: The patterns listed above are for women's medium size foot warmers. To create smaller or larger versions, you can use the blank templates as starting patterns.

Instructions

Using the pattern templates above, cut 2 top and 1 bottom piece from faux fur fabric.

With right sides together, pin and then stitch the front and back seams (Figure 1).

Pin and then stitch the top to the bottom.

Trim all seams close to stitching (Figure 3).

Turn down a 1/2" hem at the top of the liner boot. Pin and then stitch.

Using the pattern templates, cut 2 top and 1 bottom piece from outer boot fabric.

With right sides together, pin and then stitch the front and back seams.

Pin and then stitch the top to the bottom.

Snip all curves along the seamline, being careful not to cut the stitching. Fold down a 1/2" hem at the top of the boot. Pin and then stitch. Turn right side out.

Slip the liner boot into the outside boot. Smooth and position the two so they are properly aligned/fitted with one another.

Create a cuff by folding the extra fur at the top of the boot liner down over the top of outer boot (Figure 5).

Tack/stitch the cuff in place.
