How To Order

You can access all of our items from the products page. From there, you can navigate to individual vehicles or freaks and then click over to the sales page associated with each one.

If a product has options (for example, customization or size) make your selections and then click on "Add to cart". Once a product is in your shopping cart, you can specify what quantity you want.

Custom Orders

Adding Text

You can customize our products with your name or the name and location of your club or organization at no extra charge*.

*"No extra charge" is based on the assumption that you follow our basic guidelines for adding text as indicated by our custom samples.

NOTE: Text at the top (for example, club or organization name) is limited to 24 characters. If you need more, please contact support.

Using Your Own Image

If you would like a custom flag, one with an image or artwork you provide, we will be more than happy to accommodate you. All you need to do is use our custom image submission form and tell us exactly what you need.

If it's something we can provide, we'll create a sample product based on the image or artwork you submitted. We'll then send you a link to a web page where you can view the sample as well as order your custom product.


We do not allow cancellations once you confirm your order. With our automated process, the order goes into production immediately after we submit your order to our printer/distributor.

Made In USA

All Flag Freaks flags are made to order, supplied on-demand, cut, and sewn in small town USA.


All packages are sent via USPS (with free shipping to lower 48 states). The only exception is Canada where packages are shipped solely through UPS. If you would like to arrange ground shipping to other locations, please contact us. See additional shipping details for information regarding Hawaii, Alaska, and Mexico.

Make certain that you contact us prior to placing an order if you require any form of custom shipping (which might incur additional charges that need to be agreed to beforehand).

Refunds and Returns

We do not issue refunds for custom products (for example, when custom text is added or we use your custom artwork). We will however replace an item if there was a defect with the order.

If you feel an item has a defect, follow these steps:

1. Take a picture (or 2) of the item and be sure we will be able to see the issue (defect) in the photo.

2. Email us the photo and brief explanation of the issue.

3. If the issue is due to shipping, please keep all material and send pictures of the packaging also.

We will review the photo and respond via email within 24 hours. If the issue is a manufacturing defect, the item will be replaced.

In the event there is a defect with the order, you will be given specific instructions for returning the product(s).

Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping and packaging fees associated with returns.

We do not issue refunds based solely on color variations. Please note that actual print colors might differ somewhat from what you see on your computer screen.


It is Flag Freaks responsibility to ensure that products are of high quality and printed properly.

It is the customer's responsibility to supply accurate information. This includes but is not limited to shipping information and spelling of a club name or location they want added to a product.
