Materials

  • felt sheet - 9" x 12"
  • needle and thread (or sewing machine)

Instructions

Fold one of the 9" sides up to within 1-1/2" of the opposite 9" side. Hand or machine stitch seams along both sides to create a pocket.

Position your crochet hooks, scissors, and yarn needles where you want them. Use a pencil to mark divider lines between the crochet hooks and the yarn needles. Trace around the bottom half of the scrissors.

NOTE: For the following slits, you will only be cutting through the top layer of felt.

Cut a slit from the outside edge to outside edge of the yarn needle lines. For the scissors, cut a slit from the top of one traced line to the other.

Hand or machine stitch along all the pencil lines.
